Andy Nunn
Big thanks to Andy Ellis and everyone at CHUFC , really made to feel welcome , cracking match and a battling second half display by 10 men Chessy nearly got some reward but Guernsey 11 men ran out winners in the end ! Good advert for the Combined Counties !
Smudge
Just out of a matter of Health and Safety, who would be liable if the Cameraman, filming on top of the dugout. Was hit by a flying ball, that knocked him of his perch, and he was severely injured. The Mayor Of Simpleton
Interesting point there Smudge - I guess that a disclaimer must be in operation?
Smudge
Must be covered in F.A.Rules surely,a safety rail at least. The guy must have Public Liabilty Insurance as a minimum,in case his Equipment or himself, falls on someone.
Guernsey local
At his own risk I would imagine, unless he's specifically been employed by the club to film/take photos?

Andy Nunn
If you are pitchside or in the Guernsey camera-mans case on top of the dugout it is always advisable to take out public Liability , I have to have it to photograph Conference and Conference South but I just incase I injury someone by them colliding with me etc I can let the insurance company sort it out if lose of income or hospital are needed funding ( fingers crossed never had a problem yet !!!)
