Potters Bar worries me, think they are starting to become the main threat to us.

If we can get positive results from the next two games then that will get us close . Wins will be better obviously and we should go for the wins but we’ve got the best defence in the league and if we need to grind out draws against our nearest rivals then I’d take that.

Attendance at billericay league match last night was just over 500. Can't see the crowd helping to pay the likes of the players they have!

The Tonbridge game was played at Aveley so you can probably add a few to the crowd.  Still a dream project though.

 

More importantly, this chap Ronaldo - scored a decent goal for a Madrid side last night.  I reckon he could do a job in the Ryman Prem next year for us.  I know Jimmy and Colin read the forum so I think you should get on it guys.

Interesting to see Romford are doing a "Sam Allardyce" again this season by the looks of it and starting to work their way out of trouble. They were a fair way adrift at the bottom, but no longer. Big result at Ware yesterday for them and Norwich Utd at home to come.

Romford have agreed a ground share with east Thurrock for next season, but it relies on them staying up, big pressure!

Interesting factoid for the day .... an 11-0 win for Romford tonight won't move them off the bottom but they'll have the same points, same goal difference and same goals scored/conceded as Norwich.  They'll only be behind on alphabetical order !

Very important win for Romford last night, didn't quite get the 11-0 to draw level and they still have the worst goal difference in the league but they've given themselves a chance.
