I think that's a bit harsh - CCL Is stronger than Sussex Kent and Hellenic. SSM isn't as good as they think themselves to be too.

 

Maybe a bit harsh on reflection, but it's not up there with NL, NWCL, NCEL, Midland, Western or Wessex IMO.

 

I know little of the Kent, Sussex and SSM, and am aware the Hellenic league is not what it was, but general consensus appears to agree with you on these judging by forum comments.

 

So maybe lower mid table in step 5 terms - what about that?

Spartan (from what I have heard) and UCL (from what I have seen, albeit once) are not that strong at Step 5. Probably at the same standard as Hellenic.
