Excellent result, well done boys. Roll on Saturday, very much looking forward to my visit to Chessington and Hook.

Guensey played quality passing football and annoyingly only the final ball let us down on the vast majority of attacks. Big Fal was tearing his hair out on the touchline! Our passsing game has improved so much compared to last season and the defence is so much calmer when building from the back. I also enjoyed the announcer trying to pronounce the French names and stating that 'Rose' Allen was up front for us!

Thoroughly impressed with our boys tonight. We conceded 2 silly goals in the first half, and could have 1 or 2 ourselves. Don't think they recorded a shot on goal in second half. All the best guernsey, and we look to Saturday now.

I enjoyed the game Tommo, your guys where definitely off the blocks quicker. Good result at the end of the day for Guernsey, as I didn't feel that we where able to play to our usual pace, and maybe (definitely) I am biased, but the lino did seem to be flag happy and made a few poor decisions.

Hope the lad that came off injured is ok and isn't suffering the suspected ACL again.

Good atmosphere at the ground, good luck next game.

Stopping you from playing at your usual pace was part our game plan Panthera.

We started well to be fair, and my personal opinion was the better side for maybe 25 mins. If would have been able to finish the chances created, may have been a different game, but that's football, and you get punished for not taking them.

The lad has been released from hospital this morning, and I'm led to believe its possible ligament damage round the knee. MRI scan tomorrow will confirm.

All the best for Season.

I hope he has a speedy recovery, I could see how gutted he was when he came off, he is obviously passionate about his footie and playing for the club.

Appreciated Panthera.

Great player with great attitude. Not many of him left around unfortunately.

Probably one of the best right backs in CCL
