Almost Smudge, failed to report an total worldie save by Tardiff in the first half from an Embarlo header but all in all a fair report.

 

The three goals came when our other centre back went off injured at the time. Could also see the hype behind Allen, a very quiet but intellegent striker, what he needs to do he does well and thats put the ball in the back of the net.

 

Everyone was very friendly on the island and would talk to you as you walked around town. We were very disappointed not to come away from the game with anything as we matched them for long periods I felt. Thanks to everyone who made the day (Including announcing the last goal as mine even when I didn't put it in) and the flight back in that weather was an experiance.

Have to add that Ross Allen was a superb on the day, each goal was slightly different. You had the crowd worried for long periods as I only remember too well how difficult you made it for us last time we played. Fair play to your players, who played the game in a good competitive but fair spirit. I see from today's Guernsey Press that our mascot filled in as Physio for you!!
