Agreed. Windsor improving every game now. Need a bit more support for Harris up front but looking a lot more solid at the back. Lots more work to do and we'll really miss Harris when his suspension kicks in but it's good to see the development of the youngsters. We'll be ok.

 

I think the work needs be done at the back Rother. going forwad you looked good but I can see why you have conceded so many. thought you CB pairing looked iffy against balls that turned them and better sides than us will exploit that.

I agree mate and also Camberley will be ok if they can retain these players they can't afford to lose anymore or they will be dragged into a relegation battle changes should of been made early in the 2nd half as 1 or 2 players were fecked and 1 could barely run.

Well Kroons, maybe I'm just seduced by the improvement at the back since the 8-2 and 6-1... That was MASSIVELY better today!

 

Ben Harris No 9 has some temperament "issues" but in my opinion will be, maybe even is, better than Chennells and O'Toole. Amazing improvement in a short space of time.

Great atmosphere at the Lane this afternoon, Colliers Wood arrived looking keen and smart and opened the scoring swiftly. We came back and at half time it was 2-2. An appreciative crowd of 1055 then saw 3 more for Guernsey and another for Colliers Wood for a final score of GFC (all Ross Allen) 5 Colliers Wood 3. Very warm applause for quality opposition as they took their ovation at the end.

There will be no comments or reports from Guernsey Donkey. He is now following rugby.

I know not CCL but we hit the bar twice and their keeper made 2 or 3 worldies and we missed a pen but our 8th clean sheet in 9 games against a side that beat Hemel 5-2 in the previous round was a good result. I will add it is the worst pitch I have seen for 30 years and even they hate playing on it.... It was worst that eton wick in the middle of March... But a win is a win and we are in the hat.... Fantastic news that we will be joined by some CCL sides and you never know we may have one of them in the next round....
