How many CCL players turn out for other clubs ? I ask as GFC (sorry to mention them again) have several who play midweek local league. These boys have some lungs on them, and so far have been lucky with injuries.

I thought it was a fair question GD. Giving absence of replies I guess the answer is none. I was wanting to see the fitness debate opened up, because whatever has been said before we are definitely the fittest overall in the CCL. That's my opinion ladies and gentlemen !

Many players at CCL Level play for Sunday sides, and are not as committed as Guernsey Players. On the fitness side Guernsey are head and shoulders above CCL Level fitness.A pre match meal for them means a Big Mac,then the most important thing a trip to the bookies, to put on their 10 team accas, that rarely win.No pasta is on the diet!!!!!!!!!1

Im not 100% a trip to the bookies affects your fitness but im open to debate.

Focussing the mind pre match is a key part of the preparation, not who will win out of Aston Villa or Fulham.I bet many players do not even know who they are playing next week, thats how seriously they take each game.

i would have to disagree slightly there smudge if i may. Preparing on the morning of a game does not involve who your opponents are next week. surely preparing in the correct way would be concentrating on that days opponents. thats more important. one game at a time. thats my opinion.
