Strictly Come Dancing 2012

Rent? Surely working at MI5 Rhodesy could afford a Park Lane Dez Rez?

Rhodesly doesn't work at MI5.

Can members remind me to buy a lottery ticket on Wednesday, thanks in advance

So let's see if I understand this correctly...

You spend all of your time making predictions on every thread that you possibly can.

These predictions invariably prove to be laughably wide of the mark.

When someone makes a comment about your predicting ability you always manage to ignore it, or change the subject.

Now, though, by some stroke of luck you have managed to get a 'prediction' right and you want us all to laud you as some kind of mystical soothsayer...

Sad, deluded tw@t

Sjj2112 - I’m simply trying to emphasise how wide of the mark LATO was in saying that Colin Salmon and Kristina Rihanoff would remain in the competition for longer than Michael Vaughan and Natalie Lowe and Richard Arnold and Erin Boag

Same here, cannot stand reality TV - it is like a cancer in my opinion.

When I was growing up, Saturday night would be all about Big Break, You Bet, Beadle's About etc. Quality programmes, still much lamented these days. Who in 20-30 years time is going to give a dead fish's last fart about Pig Brother, Strictly Gone Dancing, The Z Factor, I'm An Attention Whore Celeb So Get Me In The Jungle etc.

TV should cater for the masses who have a generally good IQ and like funny, challenging and interesting programmes. It should not cater for the inbred or bone-idle who watch Jeremy Kyle in their trackies whilst waiting for the dole cheque to arrive.

Still, Total Wipeout is pretty good.

I have never watched an episode of Strictly Come Dancing in my life

For someone who makes that claim you seem to know a lot about it and the contestants

Rhodesly, have you been telling people that you work for MI5 again? Implying that we can all sleep soundly knowing that you are keeping the Realm safe?

When I was growing up in the 50s Saturday night was all about I love Lucy and Hoppalong Cassidy in black and white. Things started to improve though when the TV blew up and my old man converted it into a tropical fish tank. TV hasn't improved one iota, but fortunately fishkeeping technology has.

How so exactly?

My initial post in this thread was to point out your cr@p prediction skills. At no point have I referenced anything that has happened in the show or named a single contestant!

So what did we think last night folks, it could be a close call tonight as to who will get their marching orders but I think it has to be the wooden Michael Vaughan and Natalie Lowe

Did Rhodes get one wrong? Has his "100%" record gone? How will we rely on his predictions in the future?

So who do we think will get their marching orders following last night's Wembley extravaganza, surely it has to be Richard Arnold and Erin Boag

Yes, he had to go didn't he but I felt sorry for Erin Boag who is one of the best professional dancers, she always seems to get paired with a no hoper every year.
