The "Danny Burnell Is An Angel" Charity Challenge

Following on from Danny's message earlier on in the season, thought it best to keep this updated at the top of the forum to try and generate some further interest from supporters, and also to keep a running total on the amount pledged to charity so far.

 

Hi rebels.

Hope your looking forward to the start of the season. In the off season I sadly had a big loss in my family. I'm planning to raise money for the Florence Nightingale Hospice in Stoke Mandellive. I understand everyone has a charity close to their hearts and you may not want to contribute, so I have hopefully designed a game that could help us on the field and raise money......... MY DISICIPlINE!!! I was thinking if I didn't get booked in a match then the fans that signed up contributed 50p/£1 every game. Every game I do get booked I contribute £20. if you're interested in this then you can either inbox me on Facebook or approach me in the bar after the game tomorrow.

Do we have a plan with regard to paying up.

 

Personally I would rather hand over a tenner every now and then, than have to shell out a large sum (I have every faith that it will be a large sum by the end of the season) in one go.

 

So do we give it to Danny as and when. is someone going to collect on his behalf and hand over at the end.

Spoke with Danny after the game last night. He's happy to collect in three batches after a game if better for people, rather than in one lump sum at the end.

 

I'll suggest the following points for collection:
