TUC Members Do Themselves No Favours Over Dead Thatcher T-Shirts

I have very little time for LibLabCon, but even I would not rejoice over Margaret Thatcher dying.

These nasty little prats have shown their true colours, and any support or sympathy I may have had for their cause has gone.

If they strike, then I hope they get what's coming to them - we need to pull together, and remember which d1ckheads got us into this mess in the first place (Bankers and the Labour Party - which the TUC would never dare have opposed even when they were pilaging our great nation).

These are the same nobs who would weep in the streets if anybody wore a 'Tony Blair Rot In Hell' t-shirt. As much as I think Tony Blair was outright scum and the worst leader the UK has had the misfortune to have, I would not rejoice at his death.

It's not funny, it's not even banter/chav humour - it is on a par with Frankie Boyle in the bad taste stakes. If that is Ed Miliband in the photo mentioned in one of the tweets, he should be sacked immediately.

Bit OTT but that is the strength of some peoples feelings. Can't say I won't have a beer or three.

Even if Blair died, I would not stoop as low as to wear a 'Tony Blair Rot In Hell' T-shirt.

Thatcher may be an oxygen thief, in the eyes of some, but surely they should prove themselves better than her than to wear debasing T-shirts mocking her.

They've made themselves out to be worse than her, imho.

We could go back and forth on this a few dozen times but as I said, some people feel that strongly about her and that's their right to hold an opinion too.

The fact that Ed Miliband seems to support them is a bit odd given that he is the leader of a main party. Is he really that stupid?

Complete incompetent but this is the best the Labour Party have to offer.

Now let's look at who the Tories follow...

Indeed, and they have the right to dislike her - I would not take that away from them as I despise the Fabian Blair.

However, there are ways and means. I don't rate David Cameron as leader, but that doesn't give me raison d'etre to send him a dog poo in the post for example.

Dont think any trade unionists would be upset if anyone wore a "Tony Blair rot in hell T-shirt" Adam.

With regards to the tasteless Thatcher T-shirts, its little more than a bit of harmless banter aimed at a woman thats not even dead yet, and who arguably caused more destruction to British industry, jobs and terms of conditions for ordinary workers than any other politician in living memory, and certainly nothing for you to get your knickers in a twist about.

Prick..............

When Margaret Thatcher came to power in 1979, Britain was a dump, “the sick man of Europe” and on the brink of total economic collapse. When she left power in 1990, it was the one of the financial capitals of the world. She is associated with her political philosophy of Thatcherism, based on low taxation, low public spending, free markets and mass privatization. I, personally, love Margaret Thatcher for her honesty, bluntness, strength of character and her radicalism. Many others hate her, though, mainly on the left of politics who believed that she destroyed workers rights and slashed public spending. During her tenure she had to deal with mass unemployment, out of control inflation, endless strikes, a war with the Falklands and an attempted assassination by the IRA. In February 2007, she became the first British Prime Minister to be honoured with a statue in the House of Commons while still alive; a testament to her incredible legacy.

Oh dear, poor old almost illiterate BUFC has to resort to copying an article from "People and Politics" 21st December 2007 to try and make a valid point and hope everyone thinks they are his own. Nice try but must do better I'm afraid.

Thats what happens when one has the misfortune to be educated whilst a Labour government were in charge of the education system.
