As if it's hard to provide a link from where it was nicked. The second round is to be played by November 16th. Knowing this cup, it won't be. There'll always be something that crops up whether it's a secretary who decides to wait until November 10th before thinking about arranging their game or postponements and other cups that take precedence. © VP 2012.
