Great coverage TRS the punch up was just hand bags and the ref was right to book the players who were involved,the game itself looked awful and I would expect Molesey to be happier with the result than Camberley.

I've read a few comments on twitter from Warlingham and AFC Croydon players saying what an average side we are.

 

We've never claimed to be a great side and we're just trying to finish as high as we can. What is strange about the comments is that these players were all comprehensively outplayed in both these games. I understand the game well enough to know the results may be reversed in the return fixtures,so it's rare we ever say how great we are or how well we played. If I was still playing,I would be keen to put things right on the pitch rather that twitter/forums.

 

Maybe the game has moved on and talking yourself up makes you a good player these days.

Town under a lot of pressure from Bedfont who play well up the pitch but second half breakaway goals from Adam Pullen and Dave Brown gave Town all three points.

Id ignore it Daniel. Its apparant these last few months its the worst players who tend to tweet the most. The Warlingham comments are laughable. Youd think the players would concentrate on their own game rather than try to justify to their mates the result.

When it all went off I was chatting to the Molesey keeper. I saw the 5 throw a punch and the keeper confirmed that Liam threw punches too so we both agreed they should get sent off. Neither of us saw Webby throw one at the time.

 

Fair play to the ref for not sending the players off but I wonder if his assessment suffered because of it ?

Why fair play? If a player/players threw punches then they should be sent off! The Laws of the game demand it and if the referee saw it or his assistants did then he has failed in his job.
