blueblood
Yesterday i saw Barcelona ( I did say style Pagey) style football played at Hartsdown Park. The one touch, long, short passing and movement was entertaining to watch. The team as I am sure the 2 Kev amigos will confirm is far from the finished article, especially up front where we wasted enough chances to spoil what could have been a 8 or 10 goal victory. This is not to say that Rusthall were a push over, far from it, they battled hard. May I go on record to say, the Rusthall management and team were a credit to their club, it was a real pleasure to meet them. Next Saturday will be a harder test when the kids entertain Whitstable town at home With a 3-00 pm kick off. So if you are not going to make that long arduous trip, through the worm hole (Chestfield tunnel) to, the outer rim of the known universe that is Faversham town then, we will be at comfortable, welcoming Hartsdown park to greet you with a cheery smile. Saying all that, a 12 o'clock KO would have been great so, we all could have gone to the outer fringes to give our support at what is a relatively local game and help cheer our lads and, help our opposition by boosting their numbers. BEAM ME UP SCOTTY. no,noo, NOOOOOOOO, not you, put me down Terri.
