With West Ham and other Premier League clubs nearby, it's going to be difficult.

 

Get a few wins in the FA Trophy and FA Cup and then the glory-hunters err,,, local fans will all want to know.

It's really disappointing. I really don't know what else that either the club or the supporter's association can do.

So much hard work is done by them.

 

no consolation I know but we have the opposite (Margate FC) we are out of the normal area of players - travel wise - so we too are finding it hard to attract new supporters, but Hx should be attracting heaps more being in Conf South......

Once you start winning a few games, hopefully things will pick up.

ultimately its the entertainment business we are in, and i didn't see much of it today to encourage anyone but the ardent fan to pay £11 to watch a repeat of this. Three goals in five games isn't going to help. Sorry to be negative. :(

poor crowd but perhaps as well given the lacklustre performance. Thought we ought to have battered wsm today but it just wasn't happening today. Lots of time wasting by the visitors and the worst officiating since our return to BSS.

 

we need a win to get the team going again.

 

I'd like to see Love in at right back and one boris at left back as it seems we have lost Anderson as i think moving spence into midfield would give us a little more mobility.

 

Still, off to Bromley which has been a happy hunting ground in the past. Hope for 3 points

Still cricket season

Still holiiday season

4 away fans

Paralympics is on

Wsm not a big draw

 

West ham at home,and on tv

Orient at home

Spurs at home

 

Think we need to get these posters up next week,advertise to the max

We now have live footy back in clubhouse

Need to advertise this again

 

4 points from next two games will be very healthy for us and could put us up the table considerably

We are playing well so far with little reward,apart from today

I am positive about the teams chances this season,just need to get around 350 plus into the ground on a regular basis

Plenty of reasons that may explain why the crowd was down so perhaps the next home match v Dorchester should be a better indication as nearly all the points above don't apply (except West Ham being on the tv). We do need to be getting a minimum core home support of around 350.

 

A couple of wins may kick start the interest.

 

Disheartening though when you lose players like Joe but at this level you've got to come to expect that players will move on and move on at very short notice. Still got the makings of a good squad that should comfortably hold their own at this level.
