Watching Wembley game, pretty even game. Strangest thing ever, Uxbridge manager giving his half time talk and Waddle and ESPN presenter talking in changing room!!! Ha

Phil Collins also in Uxvridge dressing room giving instructions, think he is Assistant Manager.

Decent coverage of game to be fair disappointing only Cannigia playing and no Venables??? Be a bit pissed off if I was Budweiser and the guys your paying aren't there, especially if they go out to a poor side tonight.

Leatherhead 3-0 Horley Town.

Comfortable evening for Tanners overall. They dominated the first half, Hutchings getting the opener following a decent save from the Horley keeper. Holness added a second soon after from long range. Horley rarely threatened in the first half and Tanners could have had one or two more. Horley came out much more determined second half and took the game to their hosts, but couldn't get the breakthrough. The game was finally put to bed with a bizarre goal. The Horley defender headed back toward the keeper, but it appeared to hit another Horley defender, which allowed Greg Andrews an easy finish.

So you get Phil Collins in the dressing room and your team wins 5-0...

That said, if he had sung 'Two Hearts' or 'Invisible Touch' as part of the team-talk, the players are bound to take to the pitch in a good mood!

Leatherhead 3 horley 0.

We didnt get going in the 1st 25 mins and leatherhead had most of the ball and kept it well.

1st and 2nd goals for leatherhead were shots from distance that caused the keeper problems on the wet surface.

2nd half we started really well, we had 2 one on ones with keeper but didnt take any of them, against teams like leatherhead you dont get many chances and you need to take them. If we would of taken 1 it would of made it interesting. Shortly after that we git the bar.

as trs said the 3rd goal was a header back to the keeper that hit another defender and set up andrews.

best of luck to leatherhead in the next round and for the season.

dont be to disappointed there were a few first teamers there last night that are either coming back from injury (thatll be me) or need games as have been subs alot i know that your club is basically starting from scratch after manager an players left for thatcham!! did you play mate?

No mate, I only play in desperate times lol. I was the tall ugly one in the duggout :) I was quieter in the 2nd half because the ref told me to shh lol. Good luck with your season mate you've got a decent, friendly club. Welcome addition to the ccprem and suburban from where im standing : )
