I watched Dorking v Guernsey closely, and I DID spot one weakness they have.

 

Any respected manager should study their game as much as possible, and try to exploit it !

I have mentioned it to a CLOSE contact on that beautiful Island, so I feel sure the matter will be discussed at a future training session.

Because I learnt ages ago that most managers and bench staff do NOT like having team weaknesses pointed out to them. They consider any problems ON the field is their responsibility.

 

How often have I heard something along the lines of......

 

'Bloody Committee ! Why don't they just stick to running the Club admin, and let me get on with the players ??'

 

..................Or to put it another way.

 

'Only managers and coaches really know anything about the game of football !!'

Why is that? Max points u will have to earn them just can't turn up and expect to win ur forgetting everyone is probably Gunna up there game against u wouldn't get too cocky!!!
