Make that 1-1 with a second penalty from Knappers after they missed one

I don't know if this has been posted yet because my internet is playing up !

Guernsey 5 Egham 2

Egham were 2-0 up quite early on their 2nd goal was a beauty !

Then up stepped super Ross Allen a thunder bolt of a shot into the roof of the net and a low hard penalty into the bottom corner of the net and it was all square at the break.

The 2nd half was all Guernsey FC and it could have been many more.

A great fightback from the lads

Great result by the lads, unfortunately I was not there today, not good but couldn't be helped., special praise to my coaches and assistant, top people.

Premier

1. Molesey

2. Badshot Lea

3. Windsor

4. Cove

5. Guernsey

Don't remember much being said about Molesey pre-season. Thumping 2-6 away win over HW today. Hartley's terrible start continues. Badshot Lea win at South Park which is impressive in itself.

Colliers Wood and Chessington join HW on the bottom with no points from first three games.

FT Warlingham 1 Knaphill 2

Not the greatest of games, but I take my hat off to the players having to perform in that heat. I spent the whole match in the shade and even that was uncomfortably hot! Wars took the lead through Stefan Joseph, although I think Knappers felt it may have been offside. Knappers missed a pen and then scored from another to go into the break 1-1. The away side sealed the win with a late goal from Dean Greenwood. Good to meet trentender today too! Thought Smudge may have been there, hope he wasn't in his armchair watching Guernsey TV :)
