Anyway, back to your conspiracy theories, our former chairman takes no delight at seeing City struggle and shares the disappointment of going down so heavily at Grays.

 

He still does what he can and recently agreed to sponsor a couple of City matches to keep the programme re-print costs down, but I doubt if the 'old guard' would understand or appreciate his support.
