Train To Salisbury

Possibly the last time i am going to mention this but there are supposedly a few of us going by train but no one seems capable of deciding when we are going,so i am going to decide for you,you bunch of indecisive [****!!****]ers.

 

Meet at Upminster Station at 7am Next Saturday,the aim is to get to Salisbury for around 10am,making a day of it.

I intend to of had a few beers by the time i get there so i would urge you all to join me.

So far,i am aware of the following who are coming by train

Hardly the naughtiest of firms but i am sure we could hold our own against a bunch of 90 year old romford fans.

I know our senior section of Rainbow tours are going mobbed up,probably going an hour or two later,but i want to go earlier so there.

If none of you lot get your arses in gear i will go with them as i am nearly 40 and must of qualified for their elderly day out by now.

I went on raileasy,to look at prices

and from upminster at 7.16,arriving at Salisbury at 9.42 for brekkie this costs £82.00 for 4 of us.

trains out of Waterloo are as follows;

 

0920; 0950; 1020; 1050; 1120; 1150; 1220; 1250....and so on.

 

The ones in bold is probably one of the ones that we ( David and I ) are getting. However still TBC!

I'm 57.5 years old and even too old for the Rainbow Tour.

Any chance of Players coach taken us to the station after the game?

Not sure what ticket Bob is getting as I think he's meeting at Waterloo as well.

What we will do is wait till Thursday and sort it then.

To get the groupsaver there must be groups of 4.

Work out how many of us are definately going Thursday and group up then.There may be others who can go from waterloo who can join you and bob

At the moment i have 8 definates from upminster which goes nicely and 2 maybes,it maybe that the 2 maybes get either a travelcard to london then the groupsave with you or we buy the groupsave for 4 first.

I understand rob wanting to go early and get on it! But maybe that's a tad early! Maybe still meet at upminster and get the 10:20 from waterloo! And we will still get there early to go pub!

 

We need to sort this out once and for all and nt change it! As it is saturday!!!!

I aint got a problem with going later but we have known about this match for 2 months now,posted meeting time a couple of weeks ago and then 4 days before everyone decides to change it.

I wouldn't be surprised if some who change it don't even turn up.
