Dunno wether this has been mentioned but has Lawrie Shennan left villa for Afc Hayes?

This is true Redders, one half of the goal machine has left for pastures new!!!

But we still keep the services of Levi King, and watch this space as a new/old recruit has already been sourced, the paperwork will be complete by the end of the week.

Personally I dont think that Cove should be added to one's to watch already, its only 2 games into the season and they've only played teams that finished very low in last years league table.

And.....

Trust in Kroons :)

They wont be there or there abouts come the end of the season they will fade quickly. The only team I'd take notice of early on is South Park. Scoring and keeping clean sheets, you can tbe conceding against lower end clubs if your to be up there

Was going to try and get Shennan and Levi at Chertsey but heard they were both on £100

each a week so didn't bother. Also heard they wouldn't want to break the partnership.

Sandhurst Town 4-0 Hartley Wintney.

First Tuesday night sees us visit Hartley Wintney. Pitch looked very good, full credit to the groundsman, come on lots since last year.

Game started very quickly due to showers In late afternoon. Ball fizzed and skipped about nicely. First goal came from Shane Cummings after a decent cross from Jordain Pearce. Second from a corner as Conner met a well delivered cross and headed lowe in bottom corner. Hartley then started to grap the bull by the horns and pile the pressure on. If not for a few missed chances, could have easily gone into half-time at a completely different score level.

Second-half started very much the way the first finished, but we managed to soak up the pressure and started to get a hold of the game again. Third goal came from yours truly, drilled bottom right from edge of the box. The third goal sort of blew the wind out of Hartley, and the 4th came from Perry Cole who brought the ball down well inside the box and finished neatly into bottom right corner.

Have to say, though Hartley looked very good, and if it wasn't for some bad finishing could have well been in the game. They are sharp, quick, young and well drilled. Wish them all the best for the season.

First win under the the belt, we look to Friday night Vs Ascot in the FA Cup.

Report from the Windsor FC website: http://www.windsorfc...match.php?ID=53

Windsor picked up their first win of the season seeing off Bedfont Sports 3-0.

Having drawn their opening game on Saturday, Windsor were keen to kick start their season.

They should have done this straight from the first whistle when Ben Harris got his head to Chris Ellis' long thrown only for Dane Buss to tip the ball over the bar. Kyle Anthony then headed a Ryan Ashe corner just wide of the post closely followed By Harris going clear only for Buss to save.

Windsor continued to push forward against their newly promoted hosts and Ryan O'Toole came even closer when he managed to beat both Vinny Hodge and George Marks before seeing his effort hit the post.

Bedfont weren't without chances and came very close when Jack Watts crossed for George Baldock but his header went wide of the post. This did nothing but make Windsor more determined to get ahead in the game but again they were denied this time a block from an O'Toole shot earning a corner. From the corner Kyle Anthony headed against the bar and minutes later O'Toole went clear again only to send his effort over the bar.

As the half drew to a close it started to look as if it was going to be one one those games as Jake Parsons slipped the ball through to Anthony but again the ball came back off the post.

The second half saw Bedfont come out and go straight at their visitors and should have taken an early lead when Jordan Vidal picked out Baldock but he was denied by a fantastic reaction save from Rob Bullivant.

At the other end Buss was also still being kept busy and did very well to save O'Toole's effort when his defence failed to clear the ball.

The woodwork frustrated Windsor for a fourth time with O'Toole going through only hit the post.

The hour mark finally saw Windsor take a deserved lead when Ben Porter swung the ball in to the area for O'Toole to head in unmarked.

Windsor's second followed soon after when Harris managed to beat Hodge before sliding the ball past Buss from a tight angle.

Bullivant was on form again to pull of another wonder save to deny substitute Saman Kanani before Windsor put the game beyond any doubt.

Jake Saville was caught dawdling on the ball and lost out to Yashwa Romeo who's low cross was met by O'Toole for an easy finish.

O'Toole then tried to repay the favour to Romeo but Buss was on hand with a superb save of his own to keep the score at 3-0.

Id be interested to compare the side that played you and the side that started against us! (dorking)

seven conceded at home in two doesnt sound very well drilled to me, and missed chances sounds familiar.

fairly sure the club wont want to waste last seasons promotion and Mr Tuttle will soon get a competitive squad.

Very nice place to watch a game and the surface looked good on Saturday too.I wouldnt want to push a roller up the slope though!

Cove v Farnham Town

Decent contest with 5 goals. Key decision by the ref in the first couple of minutes to watch out for.

Would any of the referees brigade like to explain Why the centre half was not sent off in the opening seconds of this video?!? Laws of the game?!?

Well done TRS, great footage

dorking beat HW, unless i lost count!

I think you'll find Jeff, that's because the result was shown as an away win, (which it was) before it was switched.

Someone on that web-site needs a botty-smacking !

Thanks Ace1. I had a feeling that might be your interpretation of that particular incident! I reckon if it had been 30 minutes in, the red would have been out.
