To suggest that the BBC wouldn't "out" Gordon Brown because of what you call their left leaning bias almost beggars belief. One of my sons is a journalist and trust me, there's probably not a TV or radio station, news paper or a journalist alive who wouldn't expose pedophilia amongst the great and the good because of their personal, outrage, credibility and the huge financial awards such a story would offer.

 

All very entertaining for the perennially gullible, but I would imagine most of it is utter stuff and nonsense.

I would argue that the gullible are those who choose to accept what the mainstream media says without question. I for one do not agree with being one of the 'sheeple'. The only thing my Nan ever believed, whilst reading a newspaper, was the date typed on it (and sometimes THAT was wrong!)

 

We can argue about media bias until we are blue (or red) in the face - the important thing is that those members of the social elite who have abused children be brought to justice whatever political background they are from.
