Karen - So why did Winslow United contact the FA in the first place then

Winslow Boy - So Winslow United didn't report Buckingham Town then with the sole purpose to get them thrown out of the FA Vase so you could progress in the competition

So you are unable to read then are you? I did respond to these accusations at the time. Here it is once more for the special child in the class.

1. They list Buckingham Athletics Stratford Fields as their ground for the competition because Winslow Centre playing fields are of course not up to required standard.

2. Buckingham Athletic tell us there is no such agreement.

3. Our secretary contacts BTFC to ask in the event of a draw where will we play.

4. They avoid the question and ask if it can go straight to penalties.

5. Our secretary asks Damo if this is ok. Damo says no he does not want the lottery of that and would prefer a replay if it came to it.

6. Our secretary does his job and checks with FA which ground BTFC have given them, they reply Stratford Fields.

7. Buckingham Athletic reject this

8. The FA rightly wants answers

9. No report was ever made by us

10. Rumour mill in full swing that BTFC have entered the competition without the required ground grading and have LIED which some people in the towns begin to suggest that they might be kicked out for.

11. Rumours of course lead to idiots writing things on forums, which explains why you have 30k posts.

12. The end. Conclusion, our secretary was doing his job and inadvertently discovered that BTFC had lied to enter the competition, I'm sure Aston Clinton, Totternhoe and hundreds of other teams would like to be able to enter but can't. Our secretary made no report and had no further discussions on the subject with the FA. The fault lies purely with BTFC who lied to the FA. On a personal note I and one or two others DID want to call the FA after reading the nonsense written and have them thrown out but were asked by our honest and honourable committee to not do so. On the day as for the majority of last season we were poor they got the result and fortunately for them got another away tie. Now I know you are thick but if you cant understand that or want to side with dishonesty I won't be surprised.

Anyway what about all this proof against you, lots and lots of it in posts on here.

You have actual evidence of this then Rhodes or are you basing your argument on a posting on Buckingham Town's forum as per your earlier link.

hahaha but Karen that is evidence isnt it? I mean everything written on a forum is true isn't it?

So why couldn’t the tie go to penalties after extra time if, in the unlikely event, the game was drawn, rather than going to all the trouble of having a replay

I think I've highlighted a big clue.

More silly questions...

Give it a rest Rhodes, mostly we enjoy the efforts you go to to make a fool of yourself but there comes a time when you cut a pathetic figure.

As Loose said our manager didn't want that and that was his right and I'm pretty sure that the rules say replay. The rules also say lots of things about the ground but they ignored that too. Anyway I've answered this more times than I need too. I shan't be responding to anymore posts relating to last seasons vase, people can make ther own minds up and you can carry on being an ignoramus. I welcome some half decent banter if you can manage it and any intelligent debate or even semi intelligent if you can muster that.

Anyway needless to say there will be plenty of tackles flying in and plenty of interest in the gae locally and an interesting side plot with Kit in our dug out.

If you knew the rules of the competition you tw@t you would know that penalties HAS TO BE AGREED by both clubs, each club has the right to refuse this and go for a replay.

And with this being a thread for the Buckinghamshire Charity Cup - Rhodes any more of your pathetic attempts to drag up old news not relating to this topic will be removed
