Rother
Poor performance. Defence was very solid but up front O'Toole and Harris looked way way off the pace but, to be fair, were given little service. Harris needs to calm down - ref was lenient yesterday but on another day he could easily have seen red for stupid dissent / petulance. We move on. But all credit to E&E who worked hard and kept things very tight at the back.
HumptyWFC2011
All I have to say is why were key players allowed to go on holiday when the first game of the season was being played and why did we not have a full bench quota?

You can't stop players taking holiday. It's just what happens. One of those was suspended anyway.
windsor_ram
It all turned out a bit flat did it not!!?? Suppose everyone expected us to throw down a marker for the season and prove we are capable of again challenging for the title, especially with Guernsey blasting past Croydon for 8. E&E did not pose much of a threat all game and were quite happy for us to play the ball from the back which we did quite a lot. Personally we did that too much at times maybe the ball needed to be moved that bit quicker at time to stretch E&E's backline. Agree with Rother in regards of the front two Ryan for me looked way off where he was last season but it is the start of the season and with Ben he is young in his first full season at this level, I am sure that they will come good. Looking forward to the Bedfont game tomorrow will be a though test with them just getting promoted and will be eager to get a good result in their first home game at this level. Lastly their is a long way to go so not going to hit the panic button.
Windsor Rebel
Quite enjoyed the game on Saturday as a neutral. Thought Windsor were unlucky not to claim all the points, what with the one cleared off the line and the other chances. However, I think you will have your hands full with Guernsey considering their spending power and home support.
