I was at the game last night-the truth of Nigel D

Firstly I admit I have been on a bit of a wind up and I'm not who my

profile states.I am however a WHUFC s/t holder and last year did go to quite a few Chins

home & away games.

Last night I went with my mate by car to Carlshalton for my first Chins

away game this season.

The first thing I noticed was the programmes had run out and the small

group of about 15 Chins fans behind the goal, one with a drum wearing a

Chins shirt with "Hammer 4 Life" on the back (Was that you Urchinman?) and

carrying a drum. Second half they had a sing song with "Come to see the

Urchins, you've only come to see the Urchins." No response at all fron the

Home crowd.

My mate and me were standing on the very impressive side terracing with the

home fans who I might had were delighted with a point and thus us not

gaining on them. Both teams had good chances late on but a draw was fair

result.

I thought Douglas was appalling and he was rightly subbed mid way through

the 2nd half.

The two penalty misses were hilarious, both aimed high over the bar, my

mate & me were looking pretty stupid cheering the 1st miss in the home end

but thankfully he missed again saving our blushes.

On the way home we passed URCHINETTE on the M25, we know this cos she had

it written on the back of her car.

See you Sat.

Nigel D.

Told Off <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> ,get over it my point was the way in which it was said it was rafther juvenile and under hand way to critise one of OUR players, please say that you do want to be proved wrong rafther than right Digger ?

Dougie didn't have a great match, but in matches like Carshalton in the cup and Thurrock , Dougie proved that quality just doesn't disapear over night.
