v Flackwell Heath

Cookham Rebel

Played some nice stuff tonight especially in the second half.

Ollie Burgess had a very good game and capped it with a 'Coyn-esk' goal from near the half-way line with the keeper stranded on the edge of his area.

Ashley Deeney looked good again bombing down the right and another impressive performance from Dominic Rhone chipping in with a goal.

Should have scored another 2 or 3 which the performance deserved.

Yep played well and another clean sheet, as RR says could have had a few more. Hit the bar first half and thought we could have had a penalty.

Also very impressed with Rhone and I really like the way Ashley Deeney bombs down that right-hand flank.

Great goal from Ollie, must have been about 40 yards out. Such a shame he was unable to play in the SYCOB play-off game last season as I think he could have made all the difference that night.

Much tougher tests to follow, but so far so good in pre-season.

I also like the fact we're winning and keeping clean sheets. Even though it's only pre-season these things can become habit forming and that can only be a good thing as we go into the start of the season when we need to hit the ground running.

Comfortable victory and a good workout, although I still think we're lacking penetration up front and do need a another forward. Burnell had a bit of a stinker when he came on yesterday, missing 2 very good chances! Hopefully this is because of the lack of match practice!

Did a few highlights for those who didn't go yesterday, and they're viewable via Facebook here: http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10151087592740155
