Savagebee
He's a former Welwyn Garden City Manager so your reply says it all really! Rob Pattwell (Welwyn Garden City manager between Sept 2010 and November 2010) Played 13, Won 1, Drew 1, Lost 11, Scored 15 conceded 44 Sacked but club committee allowed it to be known that he was relinquished of duties to prevent sacking appearing on his CV What a poor record no wonder he was shown the back door. The Mayor Of Simpleton
If you can't get a friendly sorted for tonight, I'll ask on the Combined Counties forum if a team can visit you tomorrow (or are you prepared to travel?)
Rhodes
Rob Pattwell (Welwyn Garden City manager between Sept 2010 and November 2010) So the name did ring a bell afterall then, he certainly wasn’t given a fair crack of the whip at Herns Lane
grandad
Yet another thread hijacked away from it's heading. Thread was asking serious question, and the poster seeing the number of responses may have hoped a team was available.... Some hope, only side tracking garbage again! RobbieP
1-1 @Cliff - I have moved on so have WGC so stop mentioning me every time a WGC reference or person from the club comes on here. There is a good manager in charge now I hope he is given time. @karen - its always a sacking Karen if you don't walk away I was about to anyway as I couldnt work with the people and the club and I didn't fit into the "culture" and love of something other than football that existed. #nobiggie @savagebee - easy to make comments like that without knowing what state the team was in before I took over, how many players left and lots of other stuff like having to wash the kit myself, pay refs and so on. I would hate to see what you would say about managers who leave your beloved club in the relegation positions :-)
