FIXTURES

Thought we would have Bury on Boxing Day and Easter Monday ( our four local sides Hendon are paired with Wingate and Harrow Boro get paired with Wealdstone ). Bury and ourselves are out on a limb a bit , expected Leiston to be with Lowestoft. I wasn't holding out much hope for a local game but was praying for a home match !!! . You have the two Thurrocks the two Canvey sides the four sides on the south coast and the four south west London sides. Haven't seen the other fixtures but I would imagine this is how they got worked out. That would leave Margate v Cray .

Laying the groundwork now with Mrs Cold End for Boxing Day.

Me - "i'm going to footy on Boxing Day"

Wife - "okay.... it'll be local then at Cheshunt or Waltham Abbey?"

Me - "yeah.....sort of local-ish....i'll be back at about 8pm or later"

As north London's top club, ETFC should be given top billing. Forget the other 'smaller' clubs.

Of course the whole league fixturesschedule could be arranged around Spurs fixtures for the few that that are interested in Spurs games.
