'A similar scenario is also being experienced by former Aldershot Town boss George Borg, who is leading another Ryman premier division title campaign with rejuvenated Hornchurch.

 

Borg describes his current job as a “dream come true” given it’s location and the club’s ambition, but did admit that the lure of Conference football would be a factor in his decision.
