michael
Not a million miles off i would have thought-even though they have omitted the promoted clubs-dulwich will be strong-and agree that carlshalton will be up there this season having amongst others, signed 3 good central midfield players
Coffin Ender
Often the big firms haven't a clue when it comes to non-league but that is a pretty decent set of prices. Only exceptions are I would make Concord a much shorter price (a very slow start but 45 points from their last 25 games last season) and Carshalton are no doubt spending big again but don't have a proper manager. Dutch_Mike
Carshalton third favourites? Something we don't know about? Thurrock at 12s is ridiculous - I think they'll be midtable at best. Seem to remember Hornchurch thumped them on their own patch last year, and I still maintain that top of the Ryman Premier and bottom of Conference South are not a million miles apart. Think the best 8 or so best teams at least will finish above them. I'd say our odds are about right, too.
michael
I think you'll find Carlshalton have been a bit busy over the summer-and have got some quality midfield players in. and then of course-there's Hampton
Coffin Ender
You also mentioned Dulwich as one of the promoted teams. They were not promoted, it was Bognor who beat them in the play-off final.
michael
Silly me. Of course-these ryman odds are all very well-but we know that the real odds that the world awaits is the Margate prediction league as superbly run by Peter Wells. I'm hoping Peter gets it going again for the coming season. It can't be far off now if he is ? Never mind blue square and corals-the real authority on al of this is the Margate prediction league. The world awaits
