Do the exemptions automatically receive the prize money for the rounds they are exempt from?

Unfortunately no, we have been exempt till 1st Round, missed out on 2 rounds of possible cash.(treasurer is gutted)

So Southall FC have not entered the FA Cup or FA Vase! Interesting!

 

Dont get me started on this, i text the club after this thread first came out, reminding them that they needed to enter.

 

Obviously since Geoff's passing, it seems the relevant football minds are not quite their yet at the club, and we've missed out, this year, and now the FA Cup next year.

 

From a players perspective VERY disappointing.

If Geoff Harrison was still here this would not of happend im 110% sure of that. Southall FC will struggle to replace Geoff Harrison and to be honest i dont think anyone could replace Geoff Harrison.

We've been rewarded for our decent finishing position in the league but the 'reward' is to be deprived much needed prize money!

Happy with our draws! All at home, although against tough opposition but not unwinnable winnable.

 

We also might get a crack at the gimmick of Wembley FC should results go our way! But I hope Langford knock them out at the first attempt!!

 

I'd love to have a crack at Ray Parlour. Not forgetting a few long range efforts against Seaman!

Conversely you enter the competition a bit fresher for a game that is rated higher prize money.

I was at the Southall v FC Romania league game which Southall won 2 1 and i remember there being a big communication problem between the Refs and the FC Romania players.
