Step 6 doesn't guarantee entry. I think it depends on the number of entries nationally and league position the previous season. It may also have had a deadline to apply before the AGM

I hope that there won't be too many all SSML ties in both competitions, it wasn't too bad last season if I recall but in previous seasons virtually every tie was all SSML
