We already do.......its called our rates.

 

The £2 million it costs to run the place annually is paid for by all of us as the bill is covered by KCC.

 

The Director of the Centre got confused over the OBE given to her this month.......it was meant for the Centre itself and stands for Overpriced Bloody Eyesore
