It is with Great Sadness that Michael Spencer has left the club.

He played 150 games for us and scored on his debut and in his last match for the club which was the goal that got us into the Conference South,for this he will forever be remembered with great fondness by the club and its fans but he also came across as a player who you could put on the bench,not get anything but a positive reaction from and always gave 100%

A great player and a newly married man,all the best for the future Michael,don't be a stranger.

 

 

 

The news came from the player himself and was sent to the @AFCHornchurch twitter feed and as per the above was done with the upmost respect from the player
