[Eastside Urchin]

Would anyone be up for a Beano to one of the South Easts Premier Seaside Resorts on Sunday 8th July.

Can get a minibus or coach if we get good numbers to take us early morning for a spot of Breakfast then pick us up in the Evening,plenty of drinking,seaside grub and plenty more.

Could probably get us a good deal for the travel.

Would do a Saturday but we only have a couple before the pre season starts.

Let me know

Somewhere like southen we could all get down there and back for around £10-15 each,Magate would be a bit more as would somewhere like Clacton.

Yeah sounds a good laugh mate - Although went Margate over the weekend...EVERYTHING is closed there apart from a weatherspoons, a penny arcade, fruit and veg shop, a cash point and a premier inn

Can't believe you've not added Brighton to the possible locations, cracking for a Beano. I'll let you know if I can make it though, we're in the process of moving house so got lots going on with that.

I went to Hastings for a Beano too about 5 years ago, that was ok, although I was hammered by the time we even got there so my judgement and memories was a bit clouded to say the least!

Hastings has gone downhill,bit like margit in terms of whats there,saying that,if we did go margate we could meet up with some of their fans as we wont see them this season.

For me Southend is decent,Clacton is a good day out,other quirky places to consider are a day at the cricket,but that only lasts a few hours or Burnham,but theres not too much to do there apart from watch thomson get attacked by dogs.

Brighton is ok but i dont think its the best for groups of lads unless you take it up the sh1tter

Yarmouth is good but quite far

Leigh on sea is good for pubs

Walton is nice but dont have too many pubs

Felixstowe in the sun is ok

Ramsgate is always a must for us, apart from this year as hotel too expensive (we usually do a weekender)

Last time i was on Mini Bus was Margate Away, Think it was Trophy a few seasons ago, rob and treeboy was Absolutly Smashed on way Home!!
