I thought England did well against France - a very tough game, but you can see that the players want to play for the shirt.

 

Lescott's goal was a good one, just a shame Milner couldn't have squeezed his shot in.

 

Overall, not a bad start and they should beat Sweden. Ukraine will be a tough side to beat, but if England go 4-2-1-3 and try and commit them to play a narrow game whilst Young and Walcott exploit their flanks and get the ball in to Rooney then I can see England beating them. Just don't let Shevchenko get the ball!
