Prediction time season 2012 - 2013

Recommended Posts

Think they have the likes of Mepham, Buck, Eagle etc. I'm sure DT10 will confirm next time he's passing!

Doesn't sound too promising for Sandhurst eh Dunc the Unc....whats your say on these players plus Toby and Bondy leaving ....tough season ahead ? :o !

Come on NG, thought you had your finger on the pulse - none of those have played for Sandhurst for months! Mepham, Eagle & Bond were at Cove towards the end of last season, in fact Vinnie Bond scored two excellent free kicks against Fizzers in the Friday night fixture.

NG losing it.

Trouble is he cannot remember, one day to another what he has said.SENILITY IS KICKING IN.

Guernsey were given the rule of the roost by most Clubs and especially the League last year.8 out of their last 10 games were at home this must not happen again. All clubs in the Premier have lights, and are in the F.A. Cup and Vase,so this makes things easier.Still think that Guernsey Home Fixtures should be drawn by lots at the A.G.M.fairer to all in my opinion.Their should be no sympathy in Football as Chipstead and Merstham showed in the demise of Whyteleafe last year, winning the game is all that matters.

Good call Smudge - just the 9 out of 11 this season  ;)

This may have been the best of the lot.

I know Epsom surprised a few this year, but Cove came from nowhere. Top prediction!

Div 1- knaphill Frimley green eversley

Bottom 3- Westfield cb hounslow south kilborn

Surprise- Sheerwater Fc. A lot of work seems to

Be done down there and there signings so far for this season are looking sharp.

Either way I can't see one team running away with it so it should be an interesting season ahead

When do fixtures come out

One here for NLN :)

Bloody hell Darryl that's a shocker mate. Wish I'd seen this before I saw you in the bar Sunday ! Presumably you thought the faded superstars would be playing week in week out ?

No-one, not even diehards like me, predicted how this season turned out for us. Given that a club's fortunes can and often do change during the season, as Egham's did, I can only base my predictions for 13-14 on what I have seen this season. South Park, Cove, Windsor, Epsom and Ewell will all do well, the promoted sides will do nothing of note and we will watch with interest where John Hamsher goes to next.

Tempest, doubt you have ever seen the promoted sides play,so how can you judge? With Windsors great appointment of Mick Woodward, and their massive improvement after, they must be odds on Favourites.

A safe prediction, but it is difficult to disagree with it. I might add Molesey to that list too and I don't think you can't ignore Badshot Lea either.

So which teams might surprise this season? Will any of the Div 1 teams "do a Guernsey" or like Bedfont Sports will they be more than happy with a midtable finish. It is interesting to note that all three finished outside of the relegation places which indicates that the three coming up will be able to cope at the very least.

should be not start another thread for 13/14.  I think all 3 are well equipped to cope.  The one thing for SCR is Pagey.  Will he commit to a higher level now he can ?  Would be a hard act to replace.

We at bedfont werent happy with a mid table finish this season was a learning curve for some an i personally think some adapted very well but when you think we beat cove twice , south park once gave a good account of ourselves at windsor an we beat epsom easily at there place albeit in the cup  we believe we shouldve been a few places higher next season should be interesting for us depending who comes an who goes but we'l see
