I heard a while back that they were in debt in excess of 1.5 million pounds.Last week they cut their wage bill from 7.5k to 5k per week.

Is that debt serviceable?

I think they had a decent cup run last year which pretty much paid what was set aside for their debts but surely they can't rely on cup runs to service their debt and how does a club with gates averaging 1000,a new ground which I believe was subsidised by the local council,get into such a state,especially after watching other clubs,ourselves included go bust chasing the football league?

Starting to shed players too by the look of things. But expect budgets to be tight all round - with perhaps a few exceptions

Surprised at Chelmsford to be honest with their attendances.

New stadium doesn't always work out as we've seen with Harlow who I believe are still struggling.

It's tough economic conditions out there.
