Too many clubs, throughout various leagues, given a reprieve this season!!!

The other two clubs who made applications were Dorking Wanderers and Southall. Dorking Wanderers have not been allowed to transfer from the Sussex County League whilst Southall have been directed into the Spartan S Midlands League. Although I eventually became aware of it, the Club did not actually tell us that they had made a "double" application.

From the above report, DW chairman/manager commented that he would consider the parallel move over to the CCL altho' he is aware that CCL Div 1 has 2 new teams. but he's not sure about the CCL Prem but it is an option.

 

Whats the option to join the CCL where the constitution has been finalised bar their AGM or go straight into the CCL Prem ?

 

Guildford and many others have appealed about their ground grading and failed, so I cannot see DW winning especially coming 3rd... its not that they are champions is it !

If 50 seats isn't enough, then why would it have been enough for Sussex Div 1?

 

I would have thought the criteria was the same for both Leagues, or am I missing something?

 

Kroons, I disagree about the reprieves situation. At least 3 came up from Step Six and that division is not being bottlenecked.

 

NG - similar answer to you as for Krooner. DW are only third but 3 can go up from Step Six, not like Step Five.

I think there is some disparity between Sussex 1/2/3 and CCL Prem and Div 1.

 

However, we must await their appeal, which of course, is their right !

It is enough to get promoted form step 6 and then they would have until 31/03/13 to get the additional 50 seats in place.
