should we be getting more from west ham

For the last couple of years we have played west ham at home pre season,both times they have sent down a kids team,all well and good bu those games have hardly captured the imagination of the hoardes of local west ham fans.

Given that hornchurch is about as staunch as west ham area as you can get,why the fck are west ham sending their first team to borehamwood along with the play off trophy,when surely it would make more sense to play a game at someone in the same league a few miles down the road and let their fans locally see the trophy.Why borehamwood,the majority of their fans support arsenal or sperz.Surely big clubs should be helping the smaller sides locally,gold even used to live round here!

Read an article on twitter about a guy who lives up north somewhere about finding a local club to support. i think he was an everton season ticket holder and he was complaining about kick off times and why the two clubs couldnt arrange something between themselves, fa agreeing, that kick off times could be scattered. This maybe something we could do. Rachel did it this year when West ham played Hull at 1.30 then got to hornchurch just after kick off when we played leatherhead. Dunno if it could work but maybe we could try

I've always been in favour of this, but don't see Orient agreeing, unless they go back to playing home games on a Friday Night.

 

Would love to get 2 games in on a Saturday, but only works if the league team play early as it's impossible to park at Orient if you turn up late.
