Last nights excellent game ended with a 0-1 victory to the London U18's. A very tall , very quick London side were held to a 0-0 score line by a hard working kent side who failed to take advantage of London going down to 10 men after their number 2 was sent off for a 2nd red around the 30 minute mark.

2nd half saw Kent awarded a 30 yd free kick which was powerd in Wayne Wilson style' hitting the underside of the bar and bouncing of the ground and out. The general view of those watching was that the ball had crossed the line.

London who's quick breaks and drilled one, touch football was a joy to watch at times unfortunatly it broke down all to often with a sloppy final pass. persistance was rewarded when I think it was the London no5, a Patrick Viera look alike powerd a 35 yard shot into the net, the curve fooling the Kent keeper.

Again both teams had chances. Kents reluctance to take a shot without 3 touches cost them dear in the end.

Overall a good entertaining game of football, enjoyed by a crowd of around 50 people, mostly parents plus Phil Dilley and son.
