Robin Gibb - RIP

Recommended Posts

And yet Rhodesy.... you are having a problem with what I said which certainly wasn't to compare him to any "hell raisers" lol.

Bit peas over sticks there Cliffy if you want an exchange.

Saint Robin as Rhodesy likes to fondly remember the latest Gibb brother to "pop his socks" appears to have led quite the racy past, from boasting to have bedded upwards of 100 women, enjoying an "open marriage" with his wife and leaving millions to his love child apparently the light pop and froth star seems to have enjoyed his time here on earth to the full. Nothing wrong with that eh? But no, Cliffy "Mary Whitehouse" Rhodes will have none of it!

Here's a spoiler for you "Mary" : -

I assume members watched the tribute to the iconic Bee Gees on BBC2 last night, it was spellbinding stuff but shows that when your time is up there's sadly nothing you can do about it, I wonder how long Barry Gibb can last before the hereditary cancer kicks in.

I see that Robin Gibb's funeral took place last Friday in Thame, Oxfordshire where he lived with his beloved Irish born wife Dwina who had penned a heartfelt poem entitled 'My Songbird Has Flown', she proudly wore Robin's ring, a gift from her that once belonged to an Anglo Saxon King. Barry Gibb delivered a touching speech in which he spoke of Robin being re-united with his twin brother Maurice who died in 2003 as well as younger brother Andy who died in 1988 aged just thirty:

Whilst 'Deathlists' might seem a bit cruel by some, I've been doing them for the past two years:

My 10 for this year:

Maggie Thatcher (has to happen sometime soon!)

Herbert Lom (90 odd,,, time is short)

Frankie Boyle (something tells me he'll be done away with soon)

Russell Brand (apparently already had over 100 death threats since leaving Katy Perry...you never know...)

Ivor Powell (the UK's oldest football coach, 92 or something?)

Tony Blair (Mossad supposedly not happy with him...)

Bruce Forsyth (has to happen one day....)

Ken Dodd (I think he's great, but he's getting on a bit too...)

Ronnie Biggs (at death's door - in really poor health)

Annette Crosbie (Margaret Meldrew in 'One Foot In The Grave' - really not looking too chipper in the Sun Life ads these days)
