"Massive congratulations from all at Dorking FC to Simon Coffey, his coaching and support staff in Gordon, Will and Nick and of course to all the players - a tremendous achievement. Some big Club names are engraved on that trophy- great for DFC to be on there in such good company.

 

Under 18's won the overall Championship of the Southern Youth League by drawing with Egham which is a massive achievement by Simon's team on behalf of the club and sport in general for Dorking.

 

They should be 'immensely' proud to have achieved winning both their Divisional League and the overall Championship which is an incredible achievement for our Club - especially when you see the past names that are engraved on the trophy !"

 

On my part, I would just like to say that those of you that pop down to Meadowbank for 1st team games will know, that several of the Under 18's were already been 'blooded' last season into the 1st team and aquitted themselves admirably.. J.R.
