Do any managers or assistant mangers do any scouting at junior or intermediate level football? Their must be some gems out there. I don't mean randomly but some it can't take long to have a look at a local league table and see a team doing exce

The main reason good players play at intermediate level IP is because they haven't got the motivation to train twice a week and travel certain distances. Trying to install that into someone at higher level is extremely difficult. So scouting at that level, can be a highly difficult task.
