HELP NEEDED

We all know that this coming season is going to be a big season for us.

We hope to have our biggest crowds at the Bridge for some years,possibly since our last foray to the Conference South 8 Years ago.

Because of this the Club and Supporters Association will obviously need more and more help.

Mainly Matchday stuff,like Stewarding & general stuff including a quick tidy up around the ground AFTER the games.

We are looking for as many people to volunteer for these jobs,if you wanted to volunteer,then more information will be available at the AGM and over thee summer but your help will be greatly appreciated and needed.

We will also have our Annual Clear up day,which will be announced once everything has calmed down following our promotion.

AGM is for existing members but I think last year we allowed people who joined on the night,perhaps someone could confirm

I mentioned in another thread that afchornchurch@tiscali.co.uk is an alias of my own personal email address and for the past few years I have handled emails to the Club sent to this address. If it helps I am quite willing to continue to do this. If someone sends an email query to this address I contact the appropriate Club personnel, if necessary, and send back a reply. Obviously if the Club want to make other arrangements its fine with me - I am just making the offer.

As long as new members are going to pay to join the Supporters Association at the AGM then they are welcome to attend

(we will be taking renewals/new members at 'half time' on the night i.e. Thursday (7th June))

 

The Club will be selling season tickets as well so please bring lots of cash

No worries. I will delete the afchornchurch@tiscali.co.uk address then. Too many email addresses will only lead to confusion. I know its pointing out the obvious but whoever 'owns' the Club email address will receive all the Club email traffic and will have the task of dealing with it.
