Sorry, been in hospital so first chance to reply. Well done Steve, let's hope he can get someone in with some prem experience to help us next season. Hopefully I will be back by then.

Always an anti-Town punchline. What hospital are you at Mental Hospital?

I think silly you will find that Steve is an ex Ryman Prem player and above, I think you'll also find his coaching team are more than capable, now back to your hospital bed for more treatment and a speedy recovery, or are you a porter?

Steve will know where and when to strengthen the squad.

Granted many players have no step 3 experience but i'm confident they can all step up.

Think a midfielder similar to Jon Moore is priority.....easier said than done though

Always a difficult job for the manager, the team that takes you up, who do you keep and who do you let go?

if we currently have half a dozen players with step 3 experience, how many do we need with step 2 experience, in order to maintain a dignified position in our first season in the premier league?

I think it is a valid point that we need an impetus of some experienced players to the squad. Of the current squad, these are the only players with Step 3 or above experience: Noel, Kirbs, Liam, Ewang, Walid, Leon and Bryan

Step 3 is only a status and can effect you only psychologically. You need to look at your players and ask can they play premier League football.

To the list you can add Lockie, Kane, Barber, Johnson (if he stays), Jay, Leon, Adam who in my opinion can comfortably step up with their strength and ability. Gio and Pennant were looking very good too in the run in.

So by adding 3-4 first X1 players better than we already have will give us a very strong foundation for the new challenges.

The enthusiasm coming through from supporters is wonderful and i'm sure the players feel that and indeed feel the same too, we will be a force if that mometum continues cos it's all in the head

I always think that you need a couple of players experienced at the level you are going in to and that applies if you are going up or down.

I have full confidence in the management to get it right and build our club further.

To get to the next level; be it this coming season, or 20 years down the line, we need players with experience of the higher level;

I am sure the management and the board have already identified those who we want to be with us at the begining of next season; and I'm sure we are all in for some surprisess

I'm afraid that doesn't tally with Steve saying all the lads will be given a chance at the next level!

well aren't we all supposed to have confidence in the team and management?

Some of the squad will not be there next season, that's life

if the team are below mid table in October, new players will come in

if they are below mid table at Christmas, we'll have a new manager

that is the beautiful game
