It should be a really good match. I can only speak for the Sarnies, of course, but for Wayne Noad and Colin Bartholomew to have put together a side in the hunt for a club record double (divisional championship one win away) after only ONE season is truly remarkable, testament not only to the management but largely to the players themselves. Several of them have featured for the first team, particularly striker Brendan Matthew, who has scored 8 goals for the first team as well. South Park will be tricky opponents of course so it will certainly be a tight match that deserves a decent crowd. At £5 for adults it will certainly be value for money.

EGHAM TOWN 3 SOUTH PARK 2

All the goals came in a frantic first half. Egham looked up for it from the start and took the lead with a Tom Brunton shot. South Park levelled with a free kick, then Louis Chandler-Joseph put us ahead again. We let in a goal after failing to cope with a free kick to the back post but then a superb pass by Will McDonald put Chandler-Joseph through for what proved to be the winner. In the second half there were decent chances for both sides. The match was played in a superb spirit, and both sides were a credit to their clubs. Louis Chandler-Joseph collected the Man of the Match award before the youthful Sarnies were awarded the first silverware of any note that the club has collected since 1974-75 season.

It was a great game to watch and a very lively first half where in reality we struggled a bit to cope with Egham's pace and were fortunate to go in only 3 - 2 down at half time.

2nd half a completely different story with South Park dominating for large periods and Egham dangerous on the break, unfortunately for all our dominance we couldn't nick the goals our pressure deserved. Well done Egham on the double ... fantastic achievement.

With 12 of our 15 man youth squad from last night returning next season ... the future in bright!! B)

Smith? No doubt.Everyone is called Smith in Reigate.

QUALITY SMUDGEYBOY !!!........, how many Smith's South Park got in their team 6 I believe ?

We're not very good at spelling in Reigate so they make our surnames short, 10 would of been Jordan Hall. Well done Egham, well done our lads who had a great season also.
