Hopefully Phil Martin will end the season as top scorer. 31 in a team that has finished 7th in that league is quite a feat. Top class lad and player.

Hopefully not :) Tom has to score 2 to overtake him, fingers crossed MK's keeper is as bad as last nights.

Have to admit he scored two very good goals.

I'm wrong if your talking all competitions Toms scored 36 but in the league he's 2 behind. Yeah looks a handful hell of a left foot. I believe after Phil your next top goal scorer has 4 so you can see how important he is. Will he go to Buckingham though?

Can play anywhere too was excellent for us centre mid few years ago in div 1. But so important up front last two seasons. He loves the club if we manage to get a good ambitious manager who speaks to him I think he will stay, he is a Winslow legend. along with Ainger and hopefully Ryan Wiffin. Excellent young prospects Danny Job, Paul Dearlove, Jordan Owens and Dale Butler will all stay.

Very good game last night with Kings Langley Res. A nice group of people involved with the club.

Heard in was a good game with both sides getting the ball down and playing decent football

DIVISION TWO

5-3 MK Wanderers v Caddington

A report on this one from another Forum:

MK Wanderers 5-3 Caddington

SSML Div 2 - Nadm/prog Coffee 80p Adm 1 (me) plus a couple of home officials.

Excellent game on a rather squelchy pitch, trees down one side, rope down the other, low rail behind near goal with the pavilion/changing rooms behind this, tea bar/car parking OK. Caddington started with 10 men, went 1-0 down on 8 mins just as the 11th man arrived, MK hit the bar soon afterwards, Caddington equalised on 20, MK 2-1 up on 25, equaliser on 65 after MK had missed many chances to make it safe, thereafter it went 3-2 (debatable pen), 4-2 (cracking 20-yarder), 4-3 (keeper beaten at near post), 5-3 (No 7 broke out of defence, won two 50/50 tackles and found himself clean through on goal). MK could have had 10 and didn't look like a team that was getting only their 4th win in 2 years.
