New force in division 1 next season

Recommended Posts

Had it confirmed today by one of the committee members of Bedfont Social Club that this Thursday they will be urging their members at an EGM to vote to merge with Feltham to become 'Bedfont & Feltham United', basically selling the leasehold for 60k over 5 years. Exciting times ahead for Feltham by the sounds of things and presumably a good bet for promotion next season?

Wonder who the manager will be next season?

I know one thing for certain green pea it wont be me, like you mate i cant wait to get out of the place. i have had enough of their back stabbing , its marraige made in heaven the village idiots in a marriage with the local pikeys

lol4....That is a serious comment there...... Can you elaborate any more???? THIS COULD GET INTERESTING

always found the feltham commitee very good guys. cant see them getting rid of the manager. was bedfont town, only about mr whites money. seems strange he leaves and a club of many years standing has collapsed.

When will clubs learn, when a sugar daddy comes along, normally there's only really one outcome, and that ends in tears. So many clubs have fallen by the wayside when the sugar daddy decides to leave....unless you are Sheikh Mansour ;) !!! But what would happen to Man City if he decides to bail out ?

What do you mean when a sugar daddy comes along?

Doug has been at bedfont for years

When I played for them doug managed and played for the 3rd side because he loves football and has put lot into the club with probably no return

ANT my post was not aimed at Doug directly, it was a general comment which runs true when you get a sugar daddy on board, everything is bliss for a few years 'simply 'cos of his/her money BUT when that person decides thats enough and leaves, clubs struggle albeit possibly improving the club whilst there. But surely there must be a lesson learnt not just to rely on one person, 'cos there are so many examples in both the non-league and professional leagues especially in recent times,

Look what happened to Chertsey with Day's money. He did the club up, got them into the Southern League albeit by default lets not forget, but since they have struggled. JJ has done a good job to keep them in the league. I understand tho' that Day is supporting Chertsey with monatary funds which of course helps.

Clubs should not rely on one persons money, 'cos that person will up bags and just leave the honest folk who have the club at heart to pick up the sh*t that follows.

Thanks for the compliment NG. Id like to know exactly what you mean by Day supporting Chertsey....

NG gone all quiet. Come on gobshite 'lets be 'aving ya'

Nice....so common. you low down bum (little legs get it) .....lol  :D :P !!!

Well well, you mean you don't know, well I suggest you ask someone of importance at the club !
