Little tel has just sent me a couple of pictures of the pitch this morning.It resembles a lake,with both sides full of water.

The river has also burst it's banks about 1/4 mile up in the last couple of hours.Not sure if it has burst by the club,don't think it has but I expect the river to rise further the next few hours as more floodwater heads down the river,so fingers crossed it's not too bad.

The weather though doesn't look too bad up until Wednesday with a few showers so my guess is it may still be ok for Wednesday,I suppose Its how heavy the showers are tomorrow and Tuesday that will dictate whether the pitch will be playable.

It may be that hands are needed to help over the next few days,watch this space
