Leiston v Potters Bar Town

The Scholar's tweeter is reporting the Leiston game has now been scheduled by the league for Tuesday or possibly Thursday depending on the rain and weather.

This would mean the play offs etc would be shifted forward to Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday maybe?

It's still raining!

So, game now scheduled for Tuesday or even Thursday - fine.

Do we assume Leiston or Enfield v Grays Saturday ?

Final Monday ?

So, what about the Tilbury v Needham Semi final game ?

Still Tuesday ?

Why should that have longer to prepare for a Final ?

IF so then "in my opinion" Leiston / Enfield / Grays should lodge an objection to the League.

Farce.

League need to announce something NOW.

I don't know what people are worried about Waterlogged pitches... I remember the pitch at Hoddesdon Town in February 2010 being 'playable'!!!!!

In all seriousness if the pitch at Leiston was unplayable then so be it... We'll see what happens.... the worst thing for me is I can't make it on Thursday!!! ARRGGHH!!!

Leistonfc has just tweeted that it's raining there AGAIN!

Anyone else starting to think that they just have a groundsman who is desperate to show off his sprinkler system despite the hose-pipe ban?

Balmy sunshine in North London. Why not move the game to neutral ground - perhaps the Donkey Dome? Just an idea. ;)

When the game is played are there any plans to keep anyone in the bar at The Donkey Dome informed of the latest score?

Just an idea on where to go for Towners on the night and make use of the facilities.

If not you are more than welcome in the pub, free wifi! and as I'm working I can't get to the Dome

I know that the thread has been taken off.

However those may remember that I said the game should be played Monday.

Looking at the forecast for the next few days I cant see any game that has been called off today taking place before Sunday.

The play-offs should be arranged for Sunday with the final next Saturday week.

What about Ware v Waltham Forest I assume that is also off - or in very serious doubt.
